The deal was finalized in a record 50 days from the letter of intent to closing, thanks to the collaborative efforts of key individuals such as Frank Bombeeck of ECP Grassmere, Jason Lee, M/I Homes' Land Team, Alexander Hados, and the Appian Engineering, LLC team.
