Anticipated to commence in early 2024, the project's completion of all phases is projected by 2027. Spanning approximately 40 acres, the development will be strategically positioned along LPGA Boulevard, Clyde Morris Boulevard, North Williamson Boulevard, and Mason Avenue, chosen for its accessibility and potential to seamlessly connect different parts of the city.

The primary objective of this venture is to introduce new brands to the Daytona market, empowering residents to invest in the local economy rather than seeking shopping and dining experiences in neighboring cities like Jacksonville or Orlando.

Envisioned as a vibrant nexus of high-end retailers, full-service restaurants, boutique shops, and innovative spaces fostering communal engagement, the project will notably feature Daytona's inaugural Hyatt House Hotel. Boasting around 120 rooms, the hotel will showcase the renowned H bar and offer an elevated approach to extended stay accommodations.

Integral to the commercial project is its integration within a larger, walkable mixed-use community masterminded by global real estate investment and development powerhouse, Hines. Complementing the luxury commercial offerings, the broader development will encompass upscale apartments, an exclusive single-family rental community, and townhomes for sale.

Central to the project's design ethos is an emphasis on public spaces and connectivity, with green areas, picturesque ponds, and pedestrian pathways weaving through the landscape.
